Can I place an item on hold?

Due to the vintage and found nature of many of our products, we can hold an item for up to 24 hours.

If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, we will release the item back to the public. For hold inquiries, please reach out to info@ventanahome.com.

Do you offer design services?

Yes! We offer design and styling services to any of our customers.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Unless stated elsewhere, all orders are packaged and shipped within 2-4 business days of your order placement. The pricing for your shipment is quoted at checkout. Tracking numbers will be provide after the item has shipped.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped.

My item is not what I expected

For any vintage, found, or one of a kind items, certain blemishes and quality are to be expected. At Ventana Home, we believe these characteristics create the unique nature of these items that you cannot find anywhere else and should be celebrated!
